IEP Services & Costs

Services are based on an hourly rate of $90 an hour.

Services include:

Phone conversations and emails with parent, student, teachers, special education staff, lawyers, therapists, probation officers, or anyone else.
Reviewing student IEP's, records, and assessments.
Assess appropriateness of current placement, regular education, SDC, ED, RSP or full inclusion.
Letter writing to schools, Juvenile courts, ect.
Writing accomodation and modification plans for students.
Preparation and coaching for IEP meetings or 504 meetings.
Preparation for expulsion hearings.
Attending IEP meetings, 504 plan meetings, manifestation determination meetings, expulsion hearings, Juvenile court dates.
Filing mediation requests forms.
Travel time.

A minimum cost of $100.00 is required to review information.

A deposit of $500.00 is required when it is agreed that we want to move forward and seek resolution.

Please Note: Some cases can be resolved amiably and quickly when communication is clear between parties involved and written requests are adhered to. Other cases can get more involved, in which a client will be billed at a rate of $90 an hour. These cases can range between an additional 2 to 10 hours.
